CR2450 Battery Equivalents
CR2450 batteries are non-rechargeable 3.0V lithium batteries, commonly used in devices and gadgets requiring relatively strong pulse currents and a battery with long operating life, like car key fobs, some medical and security devices, key chain flashlights, calculators, wearable electronics, and similar.

CR2450 Battery Specifications and Features
CR2450 battery is based on the Lithium Manganese Dioxide (Li-MnO2) non-rechargeable chemistry and features physical dimensions of (D x W) 24.5 x 5.0 mm (~0.964 x 0.197 inches) - CR2450 battery is one of the largest lithium button/coin cell batteries, with only CR2477 (24.5 x 5.0 mm) having larger volume.
Note: CR3032 battery (30 x 3.2 mm) features a larger diameter, but the volume is smaller than the volume of the CR2450 battery.
A nominal voltage of the CR2450 battery is 3.0 volts, while the cutoff voltage is generally considered to be 2.0 volts - cutoff voltage also depends on the minimum voltage required by the device in order to function properly.
Nominal capacity depends on the discharge current, temperature, age, and similar, but on average CR2450 batteries feature a capacity of around 550-620 mAh.
While CR2450 batteries offer good capacity, large pulse currents, a rather broad temperature range, low-self discharge rate, other chemistries are also used in order to fill the gaps left by the CR2450 battery chemistry - other 24.5 x 5.0 mm battery chemistries include Carbon-Monofluoride Lithium batteries and Lithium-Ion batteries.

Although LiR2450 batteries feature a capacity that is 5-6x smaller than the capacity of the CR24350 battery, LiR2450 batteries support hundreds of charging/discharging cycles and are able to provide much stronger constant discharge currents.
However, due to the voltage difference, LiR2450 and CR2450 batteries are not directly compatible, unless explicitly expressed by the manufacturer of the device being powered by the CR2450 battery.
Note: LiR2450 batteries should be recharged only with the battery chargers intended for such batteries.
